Analog 4: rack and organizing sounds

Hi,
does anyone know if there is any solution to having the a4 inside a rack without having to give away 1 height due to the cables (e.g. mount differently so it is sitting deeper or something like this?)
Also is there any way to copy patches within the plugin on the +drive (so that i can have all bassounds in one folder and percussion in another etc. so far i can just copy into the soundpool and from there back to the + drive but inside the soundpool it seems that i have to delete every single sound which is a nightmare.

it’s not possible through overbridge yet as far as I can tell
hopefully will be possible in update eventually.
I’ve organised my presets that way on the A4,
you have to go into sound manager and copy the bass sounds or whatever to a new bank then delete them from original location… takes some time but worth doing

Damn, well it is weekend and I have no appointments whatsoever…

This may not be suitable for you, but I have seen people turn around the rack mounting brackets on Elektron gear so that the instrument protrudes from the rack. If it is placed at the top of the rack all the cables can be routed away without blocking anything else or wasting rack space.

The other alternate would be to fabricate better rack mounting brackets yourself.

That might be an option. It is pitty thst there sre just 2 screws

You can use the Filter to search specific Sounds when you’re in the Sound Browser. That’s why the labelling of Sounds is important.
