Does anyone know what/where/when this “separate documentation” is/was. Even better, got a link!?

Hi all, I am trying to get my head around the Machinedrum’s Systex format but appear to be missing some docs. In the manual, in Appendix C where it’s is mentioning song dump, it’s states : See separate Documentation in another link: http://cycling74.com/forums/topic.php?id=38214 There is mention of the document being called: md1_53-sysex-0_8.pdf I’ve looked but can’t find it anywhere. Does anyone have a cope of that PDF by any chance? Thanks! Guy
