Alternative to overbridge

Hi all,

I recently purchased a digitakt. But got to know that overbridge doesn’t function properly with Big Sur. Overbridge doesn’t recognize the device. I guess I have to wait for an update. In meanwhile I wonder what are the alternatives to work with digitakt and Ableton. I can see digitakt sends a stereo output over usb. Just wondering if it would be able to select individual channels as well. Or is that only possible with overbridge?

No other solution but to record each track individually by muting all the others – if you still want to multitrack things in your DAW that is. Overbridge for Big Sur Macs will be with us soon enough, tho, we just don’t know when exactly. So maybe work on some new songs in your Digitakt alone (it’s a great way to explore it) until Overbridge works with your system?

Also, welcome to the forum!

Right. Already had this idea. I can always record separate tracks indeed. Need to dig into the device anyway. So will take my time!

Thanks for reply, and welcome.

If you have an iPad and cck, you can at least bypass the da/ad by plugging the DT USB directly into the iPad for single track recording.
