Codename i’ve seen appear online in screenshot, the namm 2027 is my personal guess.

Just gotta hang in here a bit longer and try really hard not to give in to that MPC Live 3.

I really wish Akai would work on the pad sequencer aspect of Force, so many possibilities as you point out. Part of my reaction about Force 2 maybe getting a modest RAM upgrade to 4 gb is what it signals about Akai’s level of interest in the whole project. If they view it the way they view Key 37, we’re not as likely to see development approaching OXI One territory. But if Akai views it on the level of the Live or even XL…

If they really would a second succesfull unit against the XL, with different kind of music creator and beat the Groove box market with a standalone unit.
