AK vs A4. Display and joystick

I’m looking to get an AK or A4 to complement my OT and MnM.

Two quick questions:

I found the OT and MnM unuseable without end-cheeks to tilt the display. Is the screen on the AK any better? I don’t fancy having to tilt the entire keyboard to read it.

Could I use the AK joystick to control the joystick parameters on the Monomachine?

I tilt the keayboard a bit - not possible to tilt the screen i’m afraid.
the A4 is easyer,. as I can take it on my nap.

I opted for the AK. The keyboard, joystick and extra outs swung it. Hopefully I can avoid putting my back out hunched over the screen until I learn my way around!
After scouring both manuals, it seems the Mono and AK joysticks both send Pitchbend via left/right, Modwheel via up and Breath Controller via down - so I’m pretty sure the AK joystick can be used to animate Mono sounds.

think about programming AK patches with the screen on a windows tablet…

overbridge should allow that… its fucking cool dude

Got my AK today. The screen is more visible from an angle than the OT and MM screens, so it’s not going to be a problem.

Also - the joystick works with the Monomachine, straight out of the box!
