I have my AK for some months, but now it doesnt boot up anymore. The display shows the version and thats it.
This happened once before, but after that it worked ok again. Now it just doesnt boot at all.
Is there anything I can do, or should I return it to the store?
Hold down Func whilst powering on, then run Test Mode to see what that reports. Press the 1st Trig key when in that startup menu.

it shows the Menu, but doesn’t respond when I press any key 
Ask support for assistance, it may be simple to diagnose and fix
Clutching at straws …
I’d ensure all buttons were pressed a few times and free to move whilst I was waiting, especially the function button
Disconnect everything else from it just in case too whilst establishing what’s wrong

Not even Trig Key 1 ? To the right of Function, the 1st one ?
no, it is not responding to Trig Key 1 - or any other key.
(Leds are off also, but perhaps that is how it should be )
