My Keys has this issue. I’ve read on a few other threads about it possibly being a power supply issue. As it’s a Keys there is no external power supply to change, but I have swapped the lead out.
Before I contact support just wondering if anyone with a Keys has experienced this issue before and what the resolution involved.
