I know software is not regularly posted on this board, but I just had to share this one.
I do not know who of you know the legend of a man called “Chris from Airwindows”. He a audio plugin coder of extreme talent and passion, and has been setting up a Patreon to fund his work recently. Everything he does is released for free. So do yourself a favour and check airwindows out if you don’t already know!

It’s a tape sim type of plugin, as the name suggests. Here’s the vid:
Loads of great plugins to check out (and most of them free!) I’ve been stalking this guy ever since he was still selling his AU only plugins. Plugins like ChromeOxide, Density and Pressure were longtime faves back in the day. None of his plugins have a GUI, and the presentations can seem eccentric, but the plugs sound the business.
PS: Chris is considering moving to axoloti development as well, so perhaps in the future we will see airwindows hardware :))
