yeah exactly, that’s just choosing what to view, but check you’re not in mid/side mode

by mid/side you mean the bass focus effect?
it’s an overbridge option when using as a plugin, which it sounds like you’ve not been using it in that way. I don’t want to say it, but I think this may be a hardware issue, so def worth calling Elektron if you’ve tried multiple cables and instruments. I can confirm it does work in mono with a basic cable plugged in. only other thing I can note is that the audio config on the hardware is set to in+out rather than auto, if that makes any difference?

so I tried it again, it won’t work, opening a ticket with elektron now.
it’s set to L/R in OB, it doesn’t make a difference if I set it to in+out in the settings. also tried more cables.
ok, Elektron thinks it’s a hardware problem with the input jack. Need to find out the serial no. and then return it.
