With a VA synth, amp envelope modulation, possibly a saw wave and a wavetable.

Not with what, but how 
It sounds as if you’re asking people to do your work for you. Personally, I don’t hear much outside of what was already mentioned. This should be fairly straight forward if you know synthesis and have a synth that supports parameter automation.

Its a standard percussive bass that should be possible with a lot of Synths including from Elektron. I bet every Synth with presets has at least one Patch saved that Sounds Like this. The rest (90%) is clever mixing EQ, compressor and mastering usage.

That Bass sounds very moogy but also quite compressed/EQed.
I hear a sort of phasing effect on the original that is brought in at times too.
