About to get the mkii - multitracking question

Hey there,
I used to have the mki and sold it when the mkii came out. Now I’m ready to get the mkii but since I was out of the RYTM loop for a while, a couple of questions:

  1. How well is multitrack recording working digitally via Overbridge with Cubase?
  2. Did anyone compare audio quality of digital multi track recording vs. using the multi-out analog outs through a dedicated A/D?
