When I connect the octatrack by USB, I don’t have the octatrack in ableton preferences like the analog4.
With macosx and audiomidi software I don’t have the octatrack.
No problem with the compactflash everything is ok with the mac…
Do you have this problem with your octatrack.
The Octatrack does not offer Midi or audio over USB. The USB port is only used for file transfers
You will need to go to the project menu (Function + Mixer) and in the system section, you will need to choose USB disk mode. This will allow you to access the compact flash card for file transfers.
