Yes each pad has a filter switchable between 12db LP, 24db LP, 24db HP, and peak, with control over cutoff and resonance, an attack, hold, decay envelope, pan, and a playback effect which includes, a pitch envelope, bit reduction, FM, ringmod, and some others with two controllable parameters for each.
Each drum rack has one send effect and one insert effect and each pad has an independent send setting for the send effect.
My move arrived from Sweetwater today. Interesting - this was sold as a “return” that supposedly had damaged packaging. What arrived in the mail was actually new and unused in factory fresh packaging. Anyway…just wanted to mention that in case others were interested in ordering and saw these “returns” available on Sweetwater’s site.
Looks like Push 3 standalone and Controller are 20 percent off on the Ableton reverb page, tempted to add one since the Move has gotten my juices flowing
Oh interesting. When I tried uploading a set with 4 maxed out drum racks it took a loooong time. Maybe 15 minutes or something. I thought that’s just how slow it was but hopefully it was just a bug.
I actually managed this BUT were to put those sets as from the ipad explorer in the Note folder? I only have Presets-Projects-User LIbrary but nowhere I tried to put the sets were seen by Move. is there a specific path? EDIT: I see what you mean… I can simply double Click and it will open it… Nice… sorry hard day
I haven’t had much time at all to work on music lately, but the other night I plugged my Move (in Control Live mode) into my Push 3 (which has sat unused for quite some time) and I immediately thought it made using the Push in standalone more enjoyable. The track in focus is shared between Move and Push, but being able to use Move’s undo, capture, copy etc buttons (which are both more ergonomically placed and easier to press than Push’s) and having Move in session view while Push was in clip view… game changer
Not the Typhon but the Nymphes. Very noisy running power and midi from the USB-A port. I got a $9 ground loop isolator off Amazon (ZIOCOM is the brand) and put it before the audio input and it was crystal clear after that.
Forgot that I had the USB splitter for the Nymphes in the box, so I haven’t tried that yet but I can test it and report back if anyone wants me to. I’ll be away for a few days and won’t be able to do it until probably Monday though.
