…quick update…added a little message in case no MIDI devices are available; in the previous version the randomizer would load but one could do nothing :open_mouth: (thanks to @biologik for spotting that out  )

edit: also updated the link in the original post
edit2: it seems like this version also works with the A4 MKII  (…and one more thanks to @biologik for checking  )

Simply awesome! You have just saved me from buying a Nord because I missed the randomize sound function. Great job

Does this work for the Analog 4 Mk2??

thanks @jiGGins :smiley_cat:

it has been reported to work on A4 MKII but in case of anything, do let me know

Ok I just tried it on the Mk2, works great except the resonance limit button does not work. I’m not bothered about this anyway because there are some cool sweep sounds to be had  Thanks for this great app!

this is only available on the previous version but not on the latest web-based version…thought i would mention it just in case (unless of course you want to use that one :smiley_cat: )

…just found/fixed an issue when changing channel in the ‘Global Setup’ page. make sure to clear cache when loading the randomizer again and things should be fine

sunday update (0.9.5)
fixed few more things, mostly to sort some MIDI issues and overall usability
don’t forget to scroll down the page on the website and hit that yellowish button at the bottom, always much appreciated :smile_cat:
have fun!

link at the beginning of the thread or few posts above…

I don’t get it, the desktop version is not up to date but only the web based version is ?

yes @loa, the desktop version can still be used but it won’t be updated anymore. the web based version is the most up to date, which also has more features compared to the desktop version

The web app seemed frozen & unresponsive on my Windows 10 computer using Chrome. The standalone works great, but it would be nice to use the web version. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

this used to happen in the previous version as it had to do with MIDI, if no MIDI device was connected, the randomizer would just look like a static image. if this is the case try to connect one, clear browser’s cache and restart it. also, in the latest version a popup should let you know that there’s no MIDI device connected…does this happen when you load the page? i hope this helps

Thanks for doing that, this is amazing!
