Anyone having trouble with sysex dumps? Have tried to backup sysex on two different computers with C6, Once i got a little 24k file but I haven´t been able to get anything since then. Using the USB/midi connection and a Macbook Pro/Ableton Live9. The OS is 1B.
no problems here. i back up my sound library all the time as i expand it.
and projects of course.
make sure to check your MIDI in/out settings in C6.
C6 is a piece of crap. I’ve tried backing up my A4 with it as well, but it only returns broken kits, patterns and sounds no matter what I try.
I’ve have the same issue. Midi settings are set up correctly.

if you use Midiox instead of C6 you get the same errors?
Do you have trouble with both connection USB and MIDI or only with usb port?
Try to connect only one of them. Maybe Midiloop-error?
Try to disable Midiclock when sending sysex, sometimes the clock is picky.

C6 is awesome and very very fast when using turbo with the A4.
suggest unplugging all your USB devices apart from mouse and keyboard
In my case an Apogee Duet 2 was sucking all the USB bandwidth with my macbook pro
