A4 Side Panel Screws different from Octatrack

Hi

I’ve just bought an Octatrack to go with my A4 and decided to buy some mounts to angle them. I bought two sets of these http://www.e-rm.de/products/brightside.php

When screwing into the Octatrack no problems but the A4 holes appear smaller. Is this normal? Should I be complaining to the Brightside people or the people I bought my A4 from? Could different batches vary?

Also I was surprised that my Octatrack came with a snazzy USB cable and a printed manual, neither of which came with my A4. Normal as well?

Both should be M3 screws, exact same

Later packed units have these new leads, maybe A4 was sitting in stock somewhere !
