A4/OT Side Panels?

Anyone know where I could get my hands on some side panels for the A4/OT, preferably the double ones? I’ve seen a few old threads on here with various people selling home made ones.

Hopefully gettin my hands on a second hand A4 next week, it would be handy if I could double it up with my OT to save space. I’d pay good money for a nice wood job but not fussy,

Here are the ones that first spring to mind:

[li]Company of Quail here[/li]
[li]ProModular here[/li]
[li]World Grid modular here[/li]
[li]Marmot Audio here[/li]
[/ul]

We are spoilt for choice really

Perfect, thanks! This will tie me over until someone with carpentry skills decides to make me some wood ones.

Gorgeous. I want.

[li]For this and other side panels, is venting a concern since the A4 slots will presumably be covered by the panels?[/li]

I just got a customized set from Marmot, Neil’s a great guy to work with. They already have holes for the A4 vents, too.

Not trying to be an arse and i get it that some people like to buy
these things BUT very easy to DIY.
Made a rack/stand for OT+A4 the otherday.

A little measuring and some simple cuts of plywood for prototypeing/models.
Will later use some real wood for the realdeal.
Finalizying with oilwax(dont know if its really called that but its like oil and wax so)

Might post some pictures when home.
The best thing is its all your unique stand/panels for your unique sound creation.
:joy: happy wooding!!

Hi, most of the pa

Oops sorry for the “double” post. Most of the side panel don’t have holes for the vents. Is it fine or you definitely need it?

Here’s my final acrylic stands, I’m yet to print images on them, but they do have vents

  2. I have no idea.

Hello Found this thread an thought I should ask a question.

I have cut out my side panels and I have now bought two sets of bolts and it would seem neither of these are fitting eitehr my A4 or my rytm. Wondering what I am doing wrong?

I bought these M3 bolts
http://www.screwfix.com/p/rawlplug-bzp-pan-head-machine-screws-m3-x-20mm-pack-of-25/26951

And these

Can anyone here help me getting the right spec for these?

20mm would be too long i think…sure my bracket screws were only 6-10mm…

Unless side panel is thick that is…sure the length of thread going into elektron is quite short.

simple ones

I struggled to find some decent wood for 2 pairs of side panels.
I found that once again Ikea was the right place to get [url=“http://www.ikea.com/fr/fr/catalog/products/80233430/”]some cheap Elektron accessories ^^

Well my side panels are 18mm thick plywood and I was no planning to recess the heads much to the 20mm is not really ans issue. Its more the bolt threads not macthing.

Hey @mokonline I happen to have a pair of yours, that I get with my second-hand Mono.
I’m pretty happy with them, to the point that I used them as a model to make a new pair for my OT.
Really good product !
