Hey so I’m very new to the A4 and started using it with my 1st gen digitakt today. Perfect combo. But the A4 isn’t changing patterns with the digitakt.
Digitakt is midi master sending midi to A4. In the midi config sync settings on digitakt everything is set to send and everything on A4 is set to receive. But when I change the pattern on DT I expect the pattern to change on A4 automatically like it does when paired with DN but the A4 doesn’t change.
Is this possible on the A4?
You mentioned having everything set to send and receive on the two devices, but did you check the Program Change Send/Receive channels on the two? Might want to double check to make sure those are the same as well.

Checkin that right now. theres program change in and out channel 1-16. I haven’t messed with this setting before. What would I need to set it to to make this happen?
I think the key is just to make sure you have the Program Change Send channel on your Digitakt match up with the Program Change Receive channel on the A4.
I tend to pick a channel number that I’m not using for Auto Channel or anything else, though I’m not sure if it really makes a difference.
