A4 MK2 CV -> Mother 32: cables connection

@nereo Check this thread for some more insight on more A4 + Mother 32 issues with CV.

I shortened the notes from 1/16 to .938 and everything works like a charm now For all you future reader: tune your m32. Then don’t touch the notes on the synth anymore! It will offset the pitch. give the voltage enough time to reduce to register a new note
