A4 + Midi Keyboard

When using the A4 along with the Octatrack as a midi master how do you get a midi keyboard to talk to the A4? Assuming the MIDI in is taken by the Octatrack?

Strange that we posted similar questions around the same time. I’m trying to learn this:

For some reason the MIDI keyboard only plays track 1 sounds. The Keyboard does not play sounds from other tracks other than track 1 on the A4.

I didn’t seem to have this problem at first as when I changed tracks on the A4, the MIDI keyboard would play the track (sounds) chosen.

Can you please help me out with some setting suggestions? I might have moved something in the MIDI settings? Thank you!

Set the a4 master track to whatever midi channel you want to use with your master keyboard. Then when you choose the tracks manually on the a4 the keyboard should play them automatically.
