A4 kit sounds

If I have 2 patterns linked to same kit and modify sound of track 2 by tweaking filter in pattern a02 will it change the filter setting in track 2 of pattern a03 as well?

I believe it will only change it if you save the kit to the same location.

Yes … this is Kit 101 stuff, well covered in the forum already if you run a search (pls )

The only way to retain that pattern/kit relationship and have it be different on the follow up pattern is to engage the Kit ‘reload on Pattern change’ toggle … that way the parameter change would go back to a saved state … otherwise (until the kit is changed or reset) the parameter adjustments will be sticky across patterns…

I feel ya, though. The more important and/or urgent the issue the worse my ability to piece together the essence of my issue.

On a side note, I really love the malleability of the A4 storage structure. Find a good exploratory launchpoint for sounds/kits to make each pattern more customized.
