A4 CV output through Ableton

I have A4 (both keys and MK2), and was wondering. Is it possible to use the CV output of the A4 as a port in Ableton? So I could use some funky LFOs and signal generators in Ableton and send the signal through the CV ports on my A4 to f.x. DFAM or Subharmonicon?

modulate this (CV A Value) parameter (A-D) and use Value Lin - if you can assemble NRPN strings for 14bit resolution - might need a trivial bit of M4L to grease the wheels
