A4 cv in

Hi Everyone,

I’m interested in how flexible the CV in is on the A4.

I want to route CV out from my PRO3 to do audio rate modulation.
It that something I can do with the A4?

Best regards,

Gino

Hi,

No CV input on A4

that ends that one! A4 is pretty powerful sequencing CV externally though

The Mk2 CV/exp ins can be used like an expression pedal, so things that can be hooked to that type of macro control can be controlled. Quite a lot on A4, all the usual destinations 2x5 lots

It might be filtered/smoothed at audio rate, but it’ll handle lfo type rates

Thanks!

I’m looking for an analog desktop with vesa mounts that can take audio rate CV in to make crazy stuff.

I have a DT, and love it. That’s when I started thinking an A4 MKII might be a fit.
I just checked out a few videos and was impressed by the sound of the A4.

Currently I have a Waldorf Iridium which is awesome, but the CV input isn’t what I was hoping for as it doesn’t support full audio rates. If it did, it would be perfect for what I’m trying to do as it’s super flexible (being a digital synth).

Best regards,

Gino
