I have the A4 and AR synced, with the A4 as master. When in song mode the AR always go back to the beginning after stopping/pausing. Even when I highlight a pattern in the same spot on both machines in order to start in the middle of a song. The A4 starts where ever I position it, but not the AR. Is there a solution to this? It’s a real workflow killer.
if i have song mode on, on the rytm, the a4 receives pattern changes without problems and plays the right patterns/jumps to the correct location. i use sequential pattern changes. song mode on a4 is off, because rytm sends program change to a4.
are you trying it with song mode on on both devices maybe?
Thank you for your reply. Yes, I have both in Song mode. If the alternative is having sequential pattern change, isn’t that kind of limiting?
