I have a very weird behaviour going on since the last couple of weeks. I have a pattern, and in Track 1 I have a BD Modern machine sequence and on Track 3 a CP Vintage clap sequence with a trig on trig 15 and the rest triggered in Fill mode. Now, when I play the pattern, Track 1 and Track 3 sound different. Track 1 sound like tuning has gone up 3 octaves, Track 3 sounds like muffled, as if AHD decay was close to 0. If I then actually press the track, I hear the sound as it is supposed to be and from that point on it plays in the pattern in the way it should. Regarding the Track 3 clap, an even stranger behaviour is that on another pattern, on another bank, the same thing is happening on that Track 3 with again a CP Vintage clap sequence. So once I press on the track 3 and the sound is restored as it is supposed to be, then it also sounds correctly on the other pattern on the other bank. It is as if once I hit that altered track, then it restore the sound as intended everywhere in the project banks/patterns. Hope you guys can help! Thanks.
Yeah this is a bit odd behaviour. It happens seemingly randomly. Meaning, I have yet to reliably recreate the issue. The solution is to lock the NOTE parameter on the TRIG page to all trigs in the track’s sequence. I’m not 100% what causes it but basically the note set on a previous pattern can somehow get “stuck” and that note will be applied to that new pattern on that track unless the NOTE parameter is locked to the trigs within that track.

I don’t know how you figured that out. But it works, you are a genius Dave! Thank you so much.
