i feel you. i lost two beloved cats last year and i still miss them. i lost my sister in 2011. it’s amazing what we can feel when we commit wholly to another being. losing the physical connection brings the reality of loss, impermanence and love into full awareness, and it hurts, but it is enlightening. the heart that has been cracked open has nothing to hide. let it fuel your creative work.
