Question: What happens when one introduces swing to a pattern that is scaled differently than 1x?
Say I want to play a 58% swung track, but since I want to have some 32nd note trills here and there , I scale the sequencer to 2x, and just space the “ordinary” trigs to sound like the original speed of my 1x tracks. The swing function would not get that I’m playing double-time right?
In other words, does the swing setting push every other note as usual, even though it’s double speed? Should I put swing trigs on all trigs? Or every fourth? Ahh confusion
Am I even thinking straight? Or am I swinging off the hook?!
