They used Nord Lead Rack a lot for that release; both drums and synths.
And I think a lot of Max for sequencing, but no MSP just yet.
Will find the link with info.

Did not find this release in this topic, decided to add.
There was quite rare collaboration of Sean Booth outside of AE - with Kouhei Matsunaga and Mika Vainio.
I once even had this CD but did not like it at that time and gave it to friends. Rediscovered it recently and I realized I was wrong about it. And probably was using bad headphones at the time, anyway, the material here is extremely minimal and abstract (but strangely pleasant).
Hopefully now it is available on digital platforms.
There is also very curious comment on Discogs page about the context of this record:
I have a PMA-5, so I’m even more impressed!
So I got this shirt when I got the SIGN vinyl…
Cool gimmick. Text backwards. But it turned out to be a super fun shirt. Super obvious, but my brain wasn’t prepared for shit to be forward in the mirror. It actually cracked me up. I want more shirts like this
fuck me was that AMA really almost 10 years ago? damn

did you not see the twitch one from a few weeks back?
There’s one from a couple weeks ago. This one…
Thanks to this video I now know for sure who is Rob and who is Sean.
All these years…
Tonight the ancient theatre is vibrating. Grotesque atmosfere, horror vacui of the frequency spectrum. Mixed feelings. 0% performance and 100% crazy sounds. The place sublime. After all, unforgettable.
This is the true Computer Music!!
