6-core laptops for making music

You are appropriately skeptical bwo, and keeping those eyes moving back and forth. The Bolt is overmatched for extreme VR – VR processor demands will mushroom over the next few years so five years from now, with larger higher resolution displays and greater calculation demands, all today’s CPUs will be viewed as underpowered. But the AMD Ryzen V1000 Embedded Processor is no slouch either.

But for the topic of ‘making music’ this would be more than sufficient even with challenging audio issues. Memory is an issue, and secondary storage, so that means the more expensive Bolt if your music application uses lots of samples.

I’ve been thinking about what the appropriate multi-channel audio interface is for this, inexpensive but good.
