Just read though all previous threads on this and wondering what the current consensus on the best foot controllers for the AR MKII are now. I’m definitely looking for one that can start/stop patterns among other the options. From what I gathered the Morningstar MC6/8, Solemon and Yamaha MFC10 seemed to get the most mentions here.
I have the Morningstar mc6 (first generation). It’s amazing.
I have an expression pedal plugged into it that controls my performance macros 1-4. Start, stop. Pattern up, pattern down, scene 1 on/off and scene 2 on/off. I hardly ever use my rytm mkii without it
