Kind of, but I bet not quite what you’re looking for.

You can record off of the line input as well as resampling on all pads now.

The record settings include threshold recording, so you have some control over when to start recording (either by incoming signal or by clicking the record button). There’s a quantize option for quantizing start, but it doesn’t stop at quant offsets — it’s more of a simple sample recorder for one-shots or slices than anything else, rather than a recorder suitable for looping.

For blackbox-style recording in the nano form factor, I’d suggest you look at the Tangerine, which has essentially the same code as the blackbox, albeit with only eight pads. So it has a “Length” parameter that lets you precisely control the end of a loop, as well as a quantize option to control the start.
