You’re joking, right? I‘m also not a big manual reader, but there were several moments with Bento when I wished I just had a manual to get some clarification on something. I guess I check my Elektron manuals only a few times per year, but each time I do, it’s for something really important and I‘m glad it’s there.

as a Mostly DAWless Guy 
my iPad has two uses: every gear manual on quick access in different tabs a PDF reader (glorified kindle mode) and recording/mastering the final mixed stereo track. Manuals are important and I can’t wait for bento to finally have one, lol.

Blackbox is a dedicated sampler - I love its efficiency. Bento has another focus, at least for now and despite the many inputs.

@jeffroman wait, so they added macro (which i assume is like an x y pad for the screen or something?) but the actual macro function hasn’t been implemented yet? or am i missing something? is there currently some sort of macro parameter
