1.1 OS upgrade time?

Hello, I’m doing the OS upgrade, and the ‘receiving’ bar on my A4 has been at about 33% for about 2 hours.

I wanted to see if this is normal, and if not, what should I do to terminate it properly? I believe I read that I’m not supposed to power off the A4 during the upgrade.

do your best to search the forums for those with a similar experience, but that is not right - try to do it via usb through the global menu when u get another chance - fwiw, there’s been no reports of things going terribly bad, but i wouldn’t wish to encourage you to pull the plug until you search or even contact support, even though i suspect you will be ok as you only reached the receiving stage as opposed to erasing/writing flash etc !!

I’d say it’s safe to reboot & try again, the AF won’t start the actual installation before the OS is received completely…
