OT mk2 headphone problems

Hey guys! I just got my mk2, and I’m loving it so far but I can’t get the headphone output to work properly. The R/L signals are identical, as though the output was in mono, but stereo inputs and samples sound really weird depending on where they’re panned. e.g. panning a stereo sample fully left sounds in both ears, but it sounds slightly different than when panned fully right. Panning a stereo input to center makes the signal almost but not entirely silent.

I’ve tried multiple headphones, adapters, and 3.5mm cables so I think this is either a hardware issue or a problem in how I’m setting things up. Any ideas what could be going on?

In the Mixer page, there is a Main/Cue mix parameter you can set with Level knob.
Check if it can solve it.
Otherwise more tests with another project.

I just bought myself an octatrack a couple of weeks ago. But this week is it seems that the sound is coming from only the left side of my headphones. I tried the panning and when i pan to the right i hear no sound at all. Can anyone help me?
