I’m listening to a lot of Thom Yorke and Radiohead records at the moment, because I really like, how they use loopers. I found out, that I can get similar results with the Barcode script on my Monome Norns. So I tried to get that sound with the Octatrack. It works pretty well with a flex machine plus trigless trigs, slide trigs and trig conditions. Check out the kalimba loop in this example:
I also use the transition trick with my techno setup (Octratrack and Analog Rytm) and it works like a charm.
