Ive had the Octatrack a while, and everytime I use the Pickup machines for loop recordings I have horrible clicking at the start or end of the recordings.
I use the fade-in/fade-out on the recorder, but that doesnt seem to help.
And editing the attack of the sample, or finding zero crossings only sometimes helps.
But for instance, like a constantly playing ARP sequence, that runs from start to finish and needs to loop cleanly, it just doesnt seem possible. without exporting it to a computer, and fixing it there and re-importing.
So far, Ive just been hiding the click under a kick-drum or something.
But in instances where I wanna mute everything except for the ARP sequence, it becomes annoyingly noticeable and un-useable.
Anyone got any tips?
