Heat-Audio glitching..pops and clicks

Nauts,

Just bought a Heat for the first time second hand to pair with my Rytm and other gear. Have hooked it up via usb to use via OB. The only sound I get out of it is heavy glitching and pops and clicks in my system even when inactive…

Ive tried changing usb leads, buffer settings in ob and my soundcard/daw makes zero difference. Don’t have any of these issues with the Rytm via OB.

Any ideas before I submit a support request or ask for my money back?

Does it produce same pops when you don’t have it hooked via USB? Sounds like a problem…

Do you use it as a soundcard?

Try setting the speed to “fast” in the OB settings and not higher.
