Digitakt warranty

Hi guys, I have lost the receipt of my digitakt , can I assert the warranty if there are any trouble? Perhaps through the serial number?

It’s less than 3 years old I think so should be fine

You bet.
We have a factory warranty that is valid for the machine itself. The only caveat is that the 3 year warranty is then valid from the date of manufacture rather than date of purchase. You can see the manufacturing date (MFGDT) on the serial number sticker on the bottom of your machine.

Have a look and see if the store took your email when you made the purchase.

I bought my Minilogue from a brick-and-mortar store and lost the paper receipt. Turns out I’d given them my contact details when I paid, so they had a digital copy they could email me my proof of purchase.
