Digitakt/Akai S950 drum rolls/note repeat?

Hello music makers!

I’m looking to trigger samples from my S950 with my DT, and map them samples to channels on my desk.
I have set up the keygroups on the 950 to use with my MPC1000, I remember it being quite tedious, but can’t remeber how I did it…was a few years ago now.

Has anyone done this yet? If so how did u go about it?

Okay, I’ve managed to set up the midi tracks with the 950…

Would like to be able to have some kind of note repeat, drum rolling going on. Obviously the trig conditions don’t allow you to do this with midi tracks, is there a way round this?

Don’t believe that the DT has MIDI retrig or trig count like OT does.
