Hello!
I have a Digitakt and A4mk2 connected to ableton with usb-midi via an overhub. However, I noticed that the timing was way off even though I’m sending sync out. I tweaked the midi clock compensation until it matched but I had to go all the way to -130ms, which seems a little excessive for a USB connection.
This causes the first bar to be out of whack as it compensates, and I’m guessing I’d have to have an empty pattern at the start of my song.
Am I right in thinking 130ms is silly?
A4 also has to be tweaked to the same value.
I’m using a Komplete Audio 6 which reports its latency as 9ms, and old-style-midi over that interface seems fine.
Any tips?
