Common cause for triggers not to produce audio?

Hi everyone.

I’m new to the A4 and have a couple of weeks of experience under my belt with the Octatrack. I just downloaded and installed OS 1.11B before I got started with the unit so it should be up to date.
However, I’m having a problem in grid recording mode. I’m unable to get any audio from my triggers. The triggers contain the different notes that are assigned to them (as seen in the GUI), but no audio plays as the sequencer runs over the triggers. Any idea what the cause might be?
Side question: I’m wondering if there is a document similar to the Merlin guide to the Octatrack for the A4? I’ve found it immensely helpful.

OK, I fixed the problem. Just created a new project, loaded the sounds from the previous project and it was back to functioning properly.
