I have a Machinedrum SPS-1 (not mk2, not uw) for which I’d like battery replacement service. It was purchased in April 2007 and is located in California, United States. I’m trying to create a support ticket at elektron.com but the web form rejects my serial number. The number is on a white sticker on the bottom, and although I thought the first character was a one, the pattern seems to be letter first so in my case it’s a capital i. I tried every permutation I could think of, with spaces or without, leaving off the first letter, leaving off the -45 at the end, etc. So how can I contact Elektron support if my unit’s serial number isn’t accepted? Thanks!
OK, oddly enough, I successfully created the ticket just now. The serial number format that worked was I########-## .
