Black Trinity MIDI Routing

I’m wondering how people are routing their MIDI for a black trinity setup?

I have the OT + AK + AR. I’d like to sync the AK and AR to the OT, possible even use the OT to send program changes to the other two… It would also be nice to be able to use the keyboard on the AK to program pitches for the OT.

Has anyone successfully achieved this?

Workflow: helping tame the machines

Hey all I recently acquired the OT completing the Dark Trinity (yeah!) and I'm looking to fully move away from Ableton (at least for ideas / initial composition) and use just the hardware. But, it's a lot to keep on top of. Sometimes I'll focus on one box, then move to another and so on. But overall it feels like there's a lot to keep on top of (naturally). AK as masterkeyboard?

I knew I would run into trouble... But I was hoping to solve the problems but it looks like I don´t. Configuration: OT MidiOUT into AK MidiIN AK MidiOUT into OT MidiIN AK MidiTHRU into AR MidiIN AR MidiTHRU into A4 MidiIN A4 MidiTHRU into Sub 37 MidiIN Already from the OT into AK I hear a rythmic humming noise in clock tempo even if all 4 tracks on the AK are turned off. Is there anyone here who managed to use the AK as a masterkeyboard and still can use it´s sequencer functions and stuff? …

Computer-less setup - how do you guys sync?

Hey guys - I just received my AK and for the first time with Elektron devices I've really feel like I've seen the light. I previously own the AR and OT and while they are cool and all - it was really now when it all clicked. I know everybody is totally sexed up by this Overbridge thingy and I am sure I will try that as well in a year or two when all bugs are ironed out. Setup midi to use keyboard?

Hi. I am planning a dawless setup and need to ask. In this setup, how should i connect midi to br able to play the virus from my analog keys? OT >MIDIOUT Midi in>A4> midi thru Midi in> AR> midi thru Midi in>AK> midi thru (??) Midi in>Virus ti This wouldnt send midi from keys to virus right? Only put through the midi from the OT? If i use midi out instead, it wouldnt put through the clock and transport from the OT right? Only the midi signal from the Keys? Please help me think right here :sli…

Using OT with Rytm, Keys and DSI Tetra

Hello there! Just got myself a Keys an Octatrack and want to set it up with my Keys and DSI Tetra. I have been doing music for years, but I must admit that I'm not very clever when it comes to midi.
