I was enjoying routing my Digitone directly through my AH and into my Behringer X18 mixer. But now I have a Double Drummer for more beat duties, and it needs beefing up! I have 3 stereo aux channels on my X18, and I use one for my Ventris reverb, one for my Polymoon. But I don’t think it would be wise to use an X18 aux for my AH, with noticeable latency and extra D/A/D/A… conversion I’d rather avoid. I was thinking of getting a small (read cheap) analog mixer, or patchbay(?) And feeding my two stereo sources in and out ‘unprocessed’, as well as taking another stereo feed through my AH and bringing that into two channels on my X18. I don’t use a computer in my setup. I simply record audio from my X18 stereo outs into AUM on my iPad. Any tips much appreciated!
