LFO stopped modulating! Was working fine previously, but seems to have stopped—have tried assigning it to different sources, checked all the parameters including fade, amount, speeds etc… but no result.

What LFO mode is rumning? Do you have a ramp applied?
These things make the lfo stop.
Do a new preset only with lfo sine applied to like Filter(f) and check again.
Pls add fotos of env pages and lfo pages
