Analog 4 mk1 displays as weird gibberish in my computer

Not a real pressing issue, but it annoys me a little bit. My Analog displays in my computer as weird foreign “y” characters instead of displaying as “Analog 4”13%20PM

Does anyone know how I can revert the name back? I just tried a factory reset and nothing.

Thank you

Weird. Is this OSX? I’d try deleting it in Overbridge and then re-adding it.

If that doesn’t work try it again but open “Audio MIDI Setup” and delete any reference to the A4 in there too before you turn the A4 back on.

It’s A4 and C6. But yeah, that’s a good idea. I didn’t think about Audio/Midi Setup as a method to remedy this.

Good thinking! Thanks for the idea!

That’s actually a new genre of electronic music. You’re basically at the forefront of an electronic revolution.

I’ve had this problem with my A4 mk1 and I have tried renaming in AMS, it would work temporarily, but always reverts.
No solution that I have found, perhaps ob2…

Same for me.
